What do I need to know about the Laundry service?

There are four services that are all-you-can-fill bags and can hold up to 10kg in weight:

1. Dry Cleaning Bag
2. Wash & Fold Bag
3. Wash & Press Bag
4. Bed Linen & Towels Bag

The standard service is two days.

For next day delivery, prices are 50% more.

For same day delivery, (bags need to be collected before 10 AM of that day) price is 100% more.

Main Laundry Terms and Conditions

1. Prices of the laundry bags are fixed and not calculated by weight or item. Each bag can carry up to a maximum of 10kgs of laundry. If the bag is overweight (over 10kg) we reserve the right to charge for an additional bag or return the extra laundry unwashed.
2. We do not handle leather clothing. They will be returned unwashed.
3. We do not clean carpets or curtains as part of the laundry bag service.
4. If a dry cleaning item is found in another laundry bag service (e.g. Wash and Press) then it will be separated and returned unwashed.
